Not a Drug or Medical Device
Nothing sold on this website constitutes a drug, biologic, medical device, or compounded pharmaceutical. The Company is a chemical supplier only. 2. Purchaser Obligations & Representations
Qualified Researcher Requirement
By placing an order on this website, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, licensed medical professional, or institutional representative with the knowledge, training, and facilities necessary to safely handle and use research-grade chemical compounds. You agree that all purchases are made solely for legitimate research purposes.
Truthfulness of Information
You agree that all information you provide during the account registration, intake qualification process, and order placement is true, accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that the Company may employ IP address verification, credential authentication, and other verification methods to validate the accuracy of the information you have provided, at its sole discretion.
Compliance with Applicable Law
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of RUO products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to FDA regulations, DEA scheduling requirements, and any applicable state pharmacy or controlled substance laws.
Annual Study Submission
As a condition of maintaining an active researcher account, you agree to submit at least one study, research result, or documented research outcome into your customer account portal at least once annually. This requirement supports quality control and the advancement of the research community. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3. Prohibited Uses
Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following uses of RUO products are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these terms and applicable law:
- Administration to any human or animal subject for any purpose
- Use in any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application
- Resale or redistribution to any party who intends to use the product for non-research purposes
- Use in the compounding, manufacturing, or preparation of any drug intended for human or animal use
- Any use that violates FDA regulations, DEA scheduling, or other applicable law
- Misrepresentation of intended use during purchase or account registration
- Transfer to any unauthorized third party without written consent from the Company
Consequences of Prohibited Use
Any use of RUO products outside of their designated research purpose constitutes a breach of FDA law and the terms and conditions of this website. Such violations will result in immediate termination of your customer account and may be reported to the FDA, DEA, or other appropriate regulatory authorities. The Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
4. Order Cancellation & Account Termination
Right to Cancel
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspicion of false information, inability to verify purchaser credentials, suspected misuse, or any other circumstance that raises concern about the intended use of the product.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the customer's use of RUO products outside of their intended research purpose; (b) any false or misleading information provided by the customer; or (c) the customer's violation of any applicable law or regulation.
