1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the B2D Group website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and wholesale account holders.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
Our wholesale services are available exclusively to licensed medical professionals and verified medical practices. You represent and warrant that you hold a valid medical license or equivalent professional credential in your jurisdiction, that you operate a legitimate medical practice, clinic, or med spa, and that all information provided during the application process is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to verify credentials and deny or revoke wholesale access at our sole discretion.
3. Products and Intended Use
All compounds supplied by B2D Group are intended for use by licensed medical professionals within the scope of their professional practice. Our products are not intended for retail sale to consumers, personal use outside of a professional medical context, or any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable laws and professional standards.
4. Ordering and Payment
Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order requirements as specified in your account tier. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. Payment terms are as specified in your wholesale agreement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances. All sales are final unless the product fails to meet documented quality specifications.
5. Shipping and Fulfillment
We ship to all 50 United States. Fulfillment times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring proper storage conditions upon receipt. We are not liable for product degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.
6. Quality and Returns
We warrant that all products will conform to the specifications documented in the accompanying Certificate of Analysis. If any product fails to meet documented specifications, we will replace the product at no charge upon return of the non-conforming product. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly.
7. Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, account terms, and any proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship is confidential. You agree not to disclose wholesale pricing or terms to third parties without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2D Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B2D Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which B2D Group is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email to your registered account address. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
